Annual Excellence in Education Recognition Banquet

The First Annual Excellence in Education Recognition Banquet was held April 30, 2012 at the Tubac Golf Resort.
This special event was hosted by the SCVUSD No. 35 Governing Board in honor of its highest achieving graduates, their parents, and teachers who influenced them along their way toward excellence in education.

Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District No. 35 is a growing, dynamic school district covering approximately 265 square miles. It includes six rural communities with populations ranging from 200 to 11,000 inhabitants; Rio Rico being the largest. The district operates six schools. Approximately 3,358 students are enrolled during the 2011-2012 school year.
